Here is a link to a copy of the final avian report by Curry & Kerlinger on the Northwest Ohio Coastal Wind Initiative. This Ohio feasibility study focused on the lakeshore counties of Lucas, Sandusky , Erie and Lorain and was funded by a Congresswoman Kaptur grant in cooperation of the Lucas County Port Authority.
